I've been around cars my whole life — my dad had me on the tools long before I was old enough to drive one. I later worked as a technician at a luxury dealership in the city, and I learned a lot there, but it ran on volume. Book The Essential (Level 1) if your car is already in decent shape and you want it clean, sharp and protected. Book The Signature (Level 2) if it's been six months or more, the paint feels rough, or the interior needs more than a vacuum. Still unsure? Both levels are available as Interior, Exterior or Full Detail, and every package is priced by vehicle size under Services.
Each package comes in Exterior, Interior or Full Detail. The Essential is a thorough clean and short-term protection — a safe two-bucket hand wash with no brushes, wheels, tyres and arches cleaned, and a protective finish over the paint. The Signature builds on all of that with iron and fallout decontamination and faded trim restoration, plus deeper correction and a ceramic sealant rated for 2-4 months rather than 1-2. Every booking, at either level, is carried out with professional-grade products and equipment, finishes with a final walkaround before we leave, and is backed by our guarantee — if anything's missed, we come back within 24 hours to fix it at no charge. Essential packages run 1.5–3.5 hours; Signature packages run 3–6 hours — depending on whether you book Exterior, Interior or Full Detail, and on vehicle size. As a guide: Essential Exterior is the quickest at around 1.5 hours, Essential Interior runs about 2 hours, and Essential Full Detail (both combined) takes roughly 3.5 hours. On the Signature side, Exterior alone runs about 3 hours, Interior around 3.5 hours, and Signature Full Detail, our most comprehensive option, takes up to 6 hours on a larger vehicle. No. You just need to leave the car accessible, with a tap and a power point I can reach. Plenty of customers let me in, go back to work or head out, and leave me to it. I'll message you when I'm finished. If you are around at the end I'll walk you around the car before I leave, but that's your call, not a requirement.
Two things at the address: an outdoor tap I can connect a hose to, and a power point within reach of the car. All the equipment and products come with me. It's worth checking both are available before you book if you're in an apartment or shared parking, since access isn't always guaranteed. Clearing personal items out of the car beforehand also means the full interior gets worked on.
Yes, we do — it just comes with an additional fee depending on where you're located. Most bookings are covered within the standard service area, which spans 81 suburbs across four regions of Melbourne: North-East, Inner East, East / South-East, and Bayside / South. Within that area there's no travel surcharge and no drop-off required — we come to you. You can check your own suburb against the full list, or search it directly, under Service Area. If you're just outside the mapped area, it usually only means a small additional fee rather than being unable to help at all — get in touch with your suburb and we'll confirm the travel cost upfront before you book.
